DerekJACOBPassed away peacefully in hospital on 27th October 2018. Beloved husband to the late Pamela and much loved brother in law to June, Ray and Sandra. A cherished uncle, great uncle and friend. Derek will be sadly missed by all. The funeral service will be held at Manchester Road Methodist Church, Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester M21 8JG on Thursday 8th November 2018 at 1.30pm followed by committal at Manchester Crematorium New Chapel, Barlow Moor Road, Chorlton-cum-Hardy Manchester M21 7GZ.
